That background includes being a reserve commissioned officer in the United States Air Force serving as a Staff Judge Advocate; 24 years as a Municipal Prosecutor having served as the first assistant for Atlantic City, and current prosecutor for the City of Ventnor; and in private practice beginning his career as an insurance defense attorney and developing into his own practice that focuses in personal injury, real estate, business law; family law, wills and estate law.
The Mosca firm has lawyers professionally licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Florida, and Pennsylvania, and currently operates out of his main office located in Ventnor, New Jersey and provides services in Florida as well.
Ivelise Mosca is a mother, wife, professional, and community leader. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Ivelise Mosca is a graduate of Seton Hall University where she received her Master Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Certification in International Business. She met her husband Michael R. Mosca at Seton Hall University and they have a 30 year marriage. They have 3 children and have worked together for over 25 years in the Law Office, where she serves as the bilingual secretary and Office Administrator.
Ivelise is very involved in the community having been involved with Casa Dominicana, Coordinator of the Children Liturgy for Saint Katharine Drexel Church, Egg Harbor Township, FACES 4 Austim and is active in a number of other non-profit organizations.
